The Grievance: Why Jaipur Cab Drivers Struck Out Alone
For years, Jaipur cab drivers operating under platforms like Ola and Uber faced issues like unfair commission structures, sudden account blockages based on minor passenger ratings, and a complete lack of support during disputes or travel issues.1 This widespread frustration led the Jaipur cab drivers to organize and ultimately create their own solution.
Innovative Features: EV, CNG, and Car Pooling
The new service is designed to be future-ready and environmentally conscious, a key differentiator from the existing market:
- Green Fleet: The service incorporates both EV (Electric Vehicles) and CNG vehicles, a conscious effort by Jaipur cab drivers to reduce the city’s pollution and lessen the burden of heavy traffic.2
- Smart Carpooling: The introduction of a dedicated carpooling service allows riders on the same route to travel together. This directly reduces the number of private taxis on the road, decreasing traffic congestion and offering lower fares to passengers.
Driver-Owned App and Immediate Help
