Uttar Pradesh: Severe Heatwave Continues, No Relief Expected For Next 3 Days

The outbreak of severe heat continues in Uttar Pradesh. In most of the districts of the state, an increase in day as well as night temperature has been recorded. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of relief from severe heat in the state for the next three days. There is a possibility of thundershowers in some districts of western Uttar Pradesh between 20 and 22 June, while strong winds and light showers are expected in some districts of eastern Uttar Pradesh between 18 and 22 June. Meteorologist Dr Atul Kumar Singh says that after the monsoon becomes active in the neighbouring state of Bihar in the next three to four days, it is expected to come to Uttar Pradesh.
