Mumbai International Film Festival Will Be Held At Chennai From 15th June

The Mumbai International Film Festival will be held at Chennai from 15th June to 21st June. The festival aims to provide a wider range of appreciation of films by students and cinema lovers. Speaking exclusively to Akashavani, the Regional head of the National Film Development Corporation, Rohini Gowthaman said that this is the first time that the festival is conducted in the City of Chennai, Calcutta, Delhi and Pune and it aims to provide a platform to the beginners of the film industry. She said that opportunities would be provided for interaction with those concerned with Indian and International film personalities. Billy and Molly -An Otter love story by Charlie Hamilton James will be the first film to be screened tomorrow. A red carpet program has been arranged on the 18th which film and theatre personalities are likely to attend.
