J&K: Most Places Record Below Normal Night Temperature

In Jammu and Kashmir, amid forecast for heatwave in plains of Jammu and hot and dry weather in rest of the Union Territory, most places recorded below normal night temperature. Akashvani Jammu Correspondent reports that the MeT department said till June 17, weather is expected to be generally dry  even as possibility of light rain/thunder at isolated places can’t be ruled out. From June 18-21, generally cloudy weather with possibility of light rain/thunder is expected at isolated places towards afternoon.
