Gujarat Police has seized Hybrid ganja and other drugs worth Rs 3.5 crore from couriers originating from countries like USA Canada and the UK.
According to the official release, around 11 kilograms of drugs were seized which were hidden in the toy items in around 58 couriers sent from countries like the US, UK, and Canada.Police said, an FIR was registered under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act.
Ahmedabad Crime Branch and Customs Department conducted a search operation yesterday and segregated the suspected couriers with the help of sniffer dogs.
