In Manipur, the INC has won both Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency and Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency.
In Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, INC candidate Alfred Kanngam S Arthur defeated his nearest rival Naga Peoples Front (NPF) and NDA common candidate Kachi Timothh Zimik by 85418 votes.
In the Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency, INC candidate Angomcha Bimol Akoijam defeated his nearest rival BJP candidate Thounaojam Basanta Kumar Singh by a margin of 109801 votes.
