Central And State Govt. Is Committed To Make The ‘NEET’ Examination Transparent And Corruption Free: Maha Dy CM Ajit Pawar

Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra Ajit Pawar today said Central and state governments have taken serious note of the malpractices in the ‘NEET’ examination for admission to medical courses and action has been initiated by various agencies. While replying to the Leader of Opposition Vijay Wadettivar and State Congress President Nana Patole who have raised the issue of malpractices in the ‘NEET’ examination in the Legislative Assembly through an adjournment motion, Mr Pawar said there have been incidents of paper leaking in the ‘NEET’ examination all over the country following which the culprits have been arrested.
 

Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar said the state government is committed to ensure that the students who study day and night and give their exams honestly do not suffer due to such malpractices and has also welcomed suggestions from the opposition parties to find a solution to the problem. Mr Pawar said it is the role of opposition parties and the state government along with lakhs of students to make the ‘NEET’ examination transparent and corruption free.
