Women’s Test Cricket Day 3: South Africa Women 232 For 2 At Stumps

In Women’s Test Cricket on day three, in the one-off test match between India and South Africa at the M.A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai, visitors South Africa were 232  for two at stumps.
 
Earlier, India amassed a total of 603 for 6, in 115.1 overs in the first innings. Openers Shafali Verma and Smriti Mandhana displayed masterful batting, putting on the highest-ever opening partnership of 292-runs in Women’s Test Cricket. Shafali scripted history by scoring the fastest double ton in Test cricket with 205 runs while Mandhana made 149 runs.
