T20 World Cup: Australia Beat Bangladesh With Pat Cummins’ Historic Hat-Trick; England Set To Face South Africa Next

In the T20 Cricket World Cup, Australia defeated Bangladesh by 28 runs (DLS Method) at Sir Vivian Richards Stadium, North Sound, Antigua. Bangladesh scored 140 for eight in the stipulated 20 overs. In response, Australia scored 100 for two in 11.2 overs in a rain-disturbed match and won according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method.          
 
Australia pacer Pat Cummins becomes the first player to take a hat-trick in the T20 World Cup, finishing with 3/29 against Bangladesh in their Super 8s clash.   
     
Last night India defeated Afghanistan by 47 runs at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados in their Super Eight round.        
 
In another match today, England will face South Africa at Daren Sammy National Cricket Stadium, Gros Islet, St Lucia. The match will start at 8 pm IST.
