In the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup Cricket, Afghanistan orchestrated a shocking defeat over Australia by 21 runs in Super 8 fixture at Kingstown, this morning. Put in to bat first, Afghanistan posted a total of 148 for 5 in 20 overs. In response to chase down the target of 149 runs, Australia was bowled out for 127 in 19.2 overs. Afghan all-rounder, Gulbadin Naib took 4 crucial wickets and was adjudged the Player of the Match award. Kingstown is the capital of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, an island country in the eastern Caribbean.
 

Today, USA will lock horns with England at Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados at 8 PM IST.
