18th Mumbai International Film Festival: Film Producer Apoorva Bakshi Inaugurated DOC Film Bazaar

At the 18th Mumbai International Film Festival, noted film producer Apoorva Bakshi today inaugurated the DOC Film bazaar. Approva Bakshi is the producer of the acclaimed web series ‘Delhi Crime’. Festival director at NFDC, Mumbai Prithul Kumar was present on the occasion.
 
 
DOC Film Bazaar has been organized for the first time, to help boost the film production by providing a platform to filmmakers to find buyers, sponsors and collaborators for their projects. The Film Bazar covers three key verticals namely DOC Co-Production Market, DOC Work-In-Progress Lab and DOC Viewing Room.
 
 

In synergy with this, a panel discussion was organised on funding and monetization in documentary filmmaking.
The 6-day film festival will culminate on 21 June.
